The Board met on July 30th and added one new member – Wayne Devantier.

We welcome Wayne Devatier to the board. The annual audit is complete. Vic conducted training on our funding source to all present. The Pellicano project is on track but not start date has been determined. With Chairman Wagner out of town for the foreseeable future, Torcasio was elected Vice-Chairman and given check signing authority and removed Wagner.
